Do not go to this store I am so upset right now I should be treated much nicer then this, we have almost 20 apple devices around my house and wr have been a loyal customer for years now. Basically now I have to pay $500 for a replacement. But this is outrages I know my child would never drop the iPad, when I had turned it in it was in brand new condition just fingerprints, you could easily just clean it up, iPad doesn't even have a scratch and wasn't even near water. First of all I KNOW my child would never ever lie, second of all I know that he would have been upset and to be quite frank, I would have just got him a brand new one if he had dropped it, I don't mind paying $820 for everything on Costco and getting apple care. Then after all that anger I then got a text message at 6:45 PM from the repair ID saying my iPad was "Bent" and it didn't lay flat. Nothing has came so at 1:45 PM I had made a phone call, now I talked on the phone for two exact hours as my iphone was saying (please see pictures below). Now it has been exactly 2 business days since I had been told about the FedEx. Then on Sunday February 27 1:30 PM I went to the Apple Store to turn in the iPad and get my replacement, they said it was going to be shipped overnight with FedEx the person who took the iPad and the person who told me the overnight FedEx was Kyle.

So I was writing a bad review on the apple how did we do, and the person whom had setup the appointment was going to make a senior person to talk to, I had then talked to Nicole whom was super helpful and she had made a one time curiosity which was I was going to get a iPad Pro for free and a replacement. So basically my son came home depressed because that is his only enjoyment. The options that he listed was option A which was pay $500 for the same iPad, or Option B which is pay $825 or $850 for a newer model iPad. I could have done that at home which is what I did and I got no results.

Instead he got a MacBook Pro, attached it to the Mac and it didn't show up as a device listed under the Mac. He didn't even hook it up to the diagnostic tool that you need to test it. So I drove to my appointment a bit early, I came at 5:55 PM and my appointment was at 6:15, they finally came at 6:25 after I BUGGED them, finally this Apple Store employee called "Rob" he could care less about my iPad Pro 11 inch 2 Generation that I had purchased in June 2020. so then I scheduled a Apple Store appointment at the Walt Whitman Store, and the lady was super helpful on the live chat.

I called Costco first and they just tried to troubleshoot but no help. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE SUPER UNHELPFUL!!!! Basically my son was playing roblox while he was on the bed and I was watching him play roblox, now at the time I had 65 percent battery, and the iPad just froze on him and then shutdown.
